Upcoming events

№ 1 ☞ Friendship

Kenzoku (眷属 ) is a Japanese word that when translated means family, to define a bond between two people sharing the same story. It implies a deep connection between you and someone you regard affectionately as part of the family you choose for yourself.

In this event we’ll explore what is friendship and why do you have kenzoku with some of your friends and not with others.

№ 2 ☞ Teamwork — 8/10/19

We spend 1/3 of our lives working, and in today’s world, collaboration across boundaries, cultures, and ethnicity is all part of a normal working life for most of us.

Why do some teams soar and others struggle? How much of your teammate do you really know? In this event, we explore questions around the basis of teamwork and relationships for the team behind The Kids — a Berlin-based culture design agency.

№ 3 ☞ Death

Death is sanitized and hidden in contemporary culture to the point of becoming a taboo subject. Yet it is inevitable and something that touches the lives of each of us and all those we loved.

In this event we’ll explore rituals, activities and stories to increase awareness of death to help us make the most of our (finite) lives.

№ 4 ☞ Intimacy

Humans are social creatures who thrive on close personal relationships with others.

Intimacy is closeness between people in personal relationships. It’s what builds over time as you connect with someone, grow to care about each other, and feel more and more comfortable during your time together.

In this event we’ll explore the meaning of intimacy. The different types of intimacy, our personal fears and desires, as well as societal rules and boundaries.
